Start with the website plan: a focused, fixed-scope site for the business you already run. Custom work begins when the site has deeper commercial work to do. Phone reception and systems sit beside it when the website is not the whole problem.

Three doors
Same owner, same written boundary, same keys. Pick the door that is closest. The fee for the focused website lives on the plan page after you ask.

Get the website planWhen chasing and spreadsheets are the bottleneck, a paid diagnostic names the one fix worth doing first. Then a bounded pilot in accounts you control.
See business systemsCustomers call. You are on a job. The voice has to sound like the shop, urgent has to reach a person, and two calls at once still have to get answered.

Job 03 · Reception
This is a first-class offer, not a footnote under systems. No vendor names. The tool is chosen after the rules are written.
If callers can tell it is not you, they hang up. Greeting, voice, and facts have to match the shop. A generic receptionist is worse than voicemail.
A burst pipe, a no-heat call, a locked-out customer. Those cannot wait in a queue of FAQs. Urgent has to leave the machine and reach a human, on a rule you write.
The second line is the one that currently dies. Reception that cannot take concurrent calls is still a missed-call problem with extra steps.
The gap
Your best work already makes the case in person. The website flattens it, burying the proof, blurring the difference, and making a referral work harder than it should. Everything else in the business moved forward. The site is the exception, and it is often the first thing a serious buyer sees.
Custom engagements
Every engagement begins with the result, exclusions, price, decision gates, and acceptance in writing. No hourly meter and no moving target. The focused website plan is separate; its fee is on the plan page.
Positioning, site architecture, verbal direction, and one tangible creative route before a larger build.
A small site done completely rather than a large site done thinly.
The core engagement: positioning, finished copy, custom design, build, QA, launch, and handoff.
For companies with multiple audiences, deeper evidence, or a real content system.
When the website is a consequential company asset and the work needs original media direction, richer interaction, or specialist depth.
Portals, commerce, databases, accounts, and application behavior begin with paid discovery ($3,000–5,000) and separate scope.
What you can inspect now
Two client sites are live and linked on the Work page, along with two studio concept builds that show range in categories I have not shipped for a client yet.
Then this is not the right fit. The solo model works when one senior lead can hold the whole website and add named specialists where the scope requires them. Production accounts, code, files, and the decision record stay under your control, so continuity does not depend on me.
It is a focused production system, not a prewritten business. The scope and page count are standardized so the work can move quickly. Your copy, visual choices, proof, and customer action are built around your business. The plan page names the fee. When that boundary is too small, custom work is priced by scope after you choose it.
I use modern tools backstage to increase range, speed, and scrutiny. You are buying original judgment, responsible implementation, and a finished asset, not access to a model or a promise that tools remove oversight.
No. A website cannot honestly guarantee a business outcome by itself. It can make the company easier to understand, put the right proof where doubt appears, build a clear next step, and implement agreed measurement. Outcomes are evidence to earn after launch.
Two client sites are live and linked. Neither carries a results claim yet, because I have not measured one I could stand behind. When I have, it will be on the Work page with the client's permission.
Your work already set the standard
A direct reply from the person who would build it, not an automated sales sequence.
