What leaves your list

The essentials, finished.

You answer a few practical questions. I turn them into a website a customer can understand and use.

01

Words that sound like your business

Clear copy based on what you do, where you work, and why a customer should choose you.

02

A design made around your work

A responsive site using your logo, colors, photographs, and reviews when available.

03

A direct way to contact you

Your preferred next step, such as a quote request, email, booking link, or phone action.

04

Launch and handoff

Basic search metadata, accessibility checks, domain connection, and the accounts and files handed to you.

Three written steps

Built without adding meetings to your week.

  1. 1

    Send the brief

Tell me the business, service area, and whether this is your first site or a replacement. I reply with the page plan and exact scope.

  2. 2

    Approve the plan and start

If it fits, you approve the written scope and pay $375. The five-business-day draft window begins when the required material is in.

  3. 3

    Review, approve, launch

You send one consolidated round of feedback by email. After approval and the final $375, I connect the site and hand over the keys.

The boundary

A good price because the work is focused.

The format is repeatable. The writing and design are made for your business. Keeping the scope tight makes the price and five-day draft possible.

Straight answers

Before you put your name in.

Is $750 the complete Avorren price?

Yes, for the included scope. It is $375 to start and $375 after approval, before launch. Domain and hosting are separate provider costs because those accounts belong to you.

Do I have to write the website?

No. Your brief gives me the raw facts. I write the site and ask a focused follow-up by email if something important is missing. You approve the final words.

What does “five business days” mean?

Your first working draft is delivered within five business days after the scope is approved, the first payment clears, and the required business material is received. Missing material pauses the schedule.

Will it look like every other cheap website?

No. The page structure keeps production efficient, but the copy, colors, images, hierarchy, and customer action are chosen around your business. The Home Homie site above is real work you can inspect.

What if I need more than three pages?

I will say so in the written plan. A small addition can be priced before you start. Deeper positioning, content, or custom functionality belongs in the custom website path, which starts at $5,000.

Do you guarantee leads or Google rankings?

No. I build a clear, credible site and implement sound basics. Results also depend on the offer, reputation, market, promotion, and follow-through.

Also a job · Reception

A phone that answers when you can’t

If the website is not the whole problem, reception sits beside it. Objections first. No vendor names. The tool is chosen after the rules are written.

  1. 01

    Will it sound like us?

If callers can tell it is not you, they hang up. Greeting, voice, and facts have to match the shop.

  2. 02

    Urgent. Who picks up?

A real emergency has to leave the machine and reach a human, on a rule you write.

  3. 03

    Two calls at once?

Reception that cannot take concurrent calls is still a missed-call problem with extra steps.
