Privacy

What Avorren keeps, and why.

Avorren collects only what you send on purpose. Nothing here becomes a marketing list.

Questions or deletion requests go to hello@avorren.com. Evan reads that mailbox.

Project-fit and website-plan requests

When you submit a form on this site, Avorren collects the fields you fill in: name, company, email, website or system link, the change you described, timing, investment range, decision authority, and related project facts. That record is used to assess the request, reply, operate a prospective engagement, prevent abuse, and keep an accurate inquiry log.

How a request is handled

A submitted brief is stored in Avorren’s intake record, Evan receives an internal review alert, and you receive an on-page reference number. To limit automated repeats, a salted one-way hash derived from the connection address may be stored; the underlying address is not placed in the inquiry record. Hosting and email providers process the minimum needed to run those services.

Local device preference

The light or dark display choice may be stored in the browser’s local storage. It stays on the device and is not sent to Avorren.

Site measurement

This site has no advertising pixels and no behavioral advertising. If privacy-respecting measurement is added later, this page will name what is measured, why, how long it is kept, and what choices exist.

Client projects

Project communication and source material can contain business information. The written engagement names how client information, credentials, accounts, and files are handled. Clients keep ownership of domain, content, accounts, and source files wherever practical.
