How the work is taken on.

Scope, price, exclusions, and acceptance are written before production. A brief is not a contract.

The website plan

Fixed scope. Up to three pages. First working draft within five business days of the confirmed start. $375 starts the work. $375 is due after approval, before launch. Nothing is charged when you send the brief. Domain and hosting stay in your accounts and are paid to those providers. The fee is named on the plan page after you ask.

Systems work

A paid diagnostic from $1,500 names the constraint worth fixing first. A bounded pilot is optional and only offered if that diagnostic supports it.

Phone reception

Reception is scoped after a fit conversation. The first questions are whether the voice sounds like the business, whether urgent reaches a human, and whether two calls at once still get answered. The tool is chosen after the rules are written. No vendor is named in public copy, and no reception fee is published on the homepage.

What you own

On service work, you keep the domain, hosting, accounts, code, assets, and data wherever practical. Avorren does not sell retainers as theater.
